Private Residence
Brooklyn, NY
Located in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, this late 18th century Italian Renaissance Revival townhouse has three stories and a garden level.
The owner’s program required a significant expansion to the square footage with the final design increasing the home to five stories while preserving the front facade. Because the home was a historically designated structure, the design could not show any visible alterations from the street. Significant care was taken to meet these preservation city of New York criteria while crafting a family home of high function and equally high artistry.
