Architecture
Each new building or building renovation affords the opportunity to positively shape, advance and differentiate our community. Integral in the effort are enhancing productivity, increasing comfort, attracting business, projecting an image and clarifying brand. Good design results from a fundamental understanding of the issues involved in building and an ability to translate your ideals into built form. Recognizing the importance of these issues, Rowland Design applies nearly four decades of design experience to the unique conditions of your culture and site.
We take a proactive role in the design process while working in partnership with our clients. We begin by carefully defining the design problem. We ask questions rather than make assumptions, and listen carefully to what our clients say and how they say it. Often, we implement the “charrette” process which puts our team directly inside the facility being renovated to better test early design concepts.
