Rowland Design and Luckett & Farley are currently providing full A/E services for a new shared Education and Technology Building for Purdue and Indiana University located on the campus of Indiana University Southeast in New Albany, Indiana. The $22 M project will be designed to LEED Silver design criteria and be comprised of approximately 90,000 gsf (3 floors at 27,000 sf each and 1 floor at 9,000 gsf). The project is being delivered using Building Information Modeling and Integrated Project Delivery across all design disciplines in compliance with the new Indiana University standards.
