The ladies of Kappa Delta at Indiana University are no strangers to Rowland Design. We first completed work for them in 2015 when our team re-imagined their existing lower level kitchen, dining room, and multi-purpose space. Improved dining and kitchen functions were project goals. Other project objectives included re-purposing the existing adjacent multi-use space into a much needed informal study and student hangout space. The addition of a new night kitchen, utilized when the commercial kitchen is closed, rounded out the program for the multi-use space.

After a successful renovation in 2015, planning began to update the community bathrooms on the second and third floor as well as a refresh to their “pink room” lounge located just off the lower level dining room. Phase II preparation began and was completed in 2018.
