Greek Housing
Integrated in our work in Greek housing is meeting the challenges of member retention and recruitment, member accommodations, the “evaporation” of cold air dorms, resiliency of construction materials, acoustical issues separating active and quiet zones, technology integration and security concerns. Our approach focuses on inspiring social interaction among undergraduates in the way interior spaces are zoned and reinforcing member bonding by observing and defining how people move throughout the house. We design to promote social, intellectual, and fraternal relationships, the celebration of stories, traditions and values.
